Noise Tests

Power Influence Test
Test Parameters
The Test Parameters page allows you to view the Power Influence test
parameters which are fixed, based on the application setting of ITU
or ANSI.
To view the parameter values:
1. From the Copper main menu Test Groups, select Noise test
.
2. From the Tests menu, select Power Influence test.
3. Tap Edit Parameters button to open the Test Parameters page.
4. Tap Close to confirm and exit the page.
The page displays the following parameters:
VF Noise filter is the voice frequency noise filter to be used,
dependent on ITU or ANSI Standard mode.
Power Line Frequency is a value of 50 or 60 Hz based on frequency
selected in Setup/Application Settings/Standard.
