Noise Tests
248 FTB-635
WB PSD Noise Test
Note: You can quickly go to a mask, that is without scrolling , if you select the
desired mask using the Mask drop-down list.
Disturber displays the name of the dominant Disturber and its
associated probability detected from the WB PSD test result.
Setting Test Parameters
The Test Parameters page allows you to set the WB PSD Noise test
parameters.
To set the Parameter values:
1. From the Copper main menu Test Groups, tap Noise test
.
2. From the Tests menu, tap WB PSD Noise test.
3. Tap Edit Parameters button to open the Test Parameters page.
4. Set the parameter values as required.
5. Tap Close to confirm and exit the page.
