Solutions to Common Problems

The unit does not
power up.

➤ Charge the battery pack.

fully charged one.

an external power supply using the
AC/DC adapter/charger.

an external power supply using the
AC/DC adapter/charger.

➤ Make sure the external power
supply is plugged in at both ends.
